2Cents Theatre Group presents the 3rd Annual Acting Out Ink Fest celebrating female playwrights. 21 plays will be showcased over the 3-day festival, in addition to street artists and musicians performing around the Hudson Theatre. The plays are grouped into separate 45-minute blocks, with three longer one-acts being featured individually.
I’ll be appearing in two shows. Mr. Franklin (written by Mary Burkin) is a comedy about a strangely pleasant man who gets life advice from pieces of paper inside a plastic pumpkin. Stringmates is a surreal drama that envisions a world where everyone is naturally attached to a string that will eventually lead to their soulmate.
The festival goes live April 15-17 at The Hudson Theatres in Hollywood.
6539 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90038
Tickets to the festival can be purchased by individual blocks, day passes, or weekend passes. Buy tickets in advance at plays411.com/inkfest2016
